Buffalo Chip Cookies
Course Cookies
Servings 4 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 lb. margarine softened
- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 t. baking powder
- 2 t. baking soda
- 2 c. Pecans choped
- 2 c. quick oats
- 2 c. cornflakes crushed
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolae chips
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix ingredients in the order of the list.
- Drop dough onto cookie sheet using a 1/4 measuring cup, 6 cookies on a sheet at a time.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
