Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
- 1 12-ounce package butterscotch chips
- 1/3 cup oleo melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- Mix together butterscotch chips, oleo, graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
- Press half of mixture in greased 9x13" pan.
- Cream together the cream cheese, egg, vanilla and milk.
- Pour over the crumb mixture and top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°
