Cake from Old Sweden

Cake from Old Sweden

Cinnfully delicious

Cinnamon is one of those aromatic spices that conjure up memories of waking up to a familiar scent before making your way to the kitchen to partake in a homemade cinnamon roll dripping with icing. It is great mixed with sugar on toast, sprinkled on oatmeal or a sweet potato, or adding a bit to your ground coffee before brewing. It can be found in a variety of cuisines in both sweet and savory dishes. Readers shared their favorites.
