Caramel Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 18 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 box butterscotch cook & serve pudding mix
  • 4 tablespoons margarine melted

Instructions

  • Put frozen dinner rolls in a prepared Bundt pan. Mix dry ingredients and pour in evenly over top. Drizzle melted margarine over top. Place pan in cold oven overnight to let rise.
  • Next morning, cover rolls with aluminum foil, heat oven to 350 F for 25 minutes. Don’t preheat. Cool for 2-3 minutes. Rolls should fall out of pan.

Notes

Do not use instant pudding mix.
