- 1 bag whole cranberries washed and dried
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 Granny Smith apple chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- Orange zest
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl, combine walnuts, raisins, apple, cinnamon and sugar. Pour mixture over cranberries. Put on cookie sheet with sides, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Sprinkle with orange zest and serve.
