Cinnamon Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix like Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup cinnamon baking chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients, just until moistened. Divide evenly in muffin cups. Bake 15-18 minutes or until just browned. Cool slightly and remove from pan to finish cooling.
