- 2 cups all-purpose baking mix (like Bisquick)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup cinnamon baking chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups.
- In large bowl, stir together all ingredients, just until moistened. Divide evenly in muffin cups.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until just browned. Cool slightly and remove from pan to finish cooling.
