
Overnight French Toast Casserole

- 1/2 cup butter
- 12 slices white bread
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 5-6 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk

Instructions
- Melt butter in 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Put 6 slices of bread in bottom of pan.
- In bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture on bread. Layer with 6 slices of bread on top.
- In bowl, whisk eggs and milk until well blended. Pour over bread layers.
- Sprinkle with remaining sugar cinnamon mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 F and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes until set.
