Delightfully Refreshing Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cucumbers
- 12 lemons
Instructions
- Prepare simple syrup by combining water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves without boiling the mixture. Set aside to cool. Slice 2 cucumbers and place in a food processor and pulse until there is only pulp. Strain the liquid. Juice 12 lemons. Mix the simple syrup, cucumber liquid and lemon juice together in a large pitcher. Pour over a tall glass of ice and garnish with a slice of cucumber and wedge of lemon.
