Five-Minute Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 4 T. flour
- 4 T. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 T. oil
- 2 T. cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 T. milk
- Splash of vanilla
- Sprinkle of salt
Instructions
- Add and mix all dry ingredients into a large coffee mug.
- Add egg; mix thoroughly.
- Pour in milk and oil; mix well.
- Place in microwave for 3 minutes.
