Chocolate Bread

Ingredients:

2 bxs. German Chocolate cake mix 1(16-oz.)ctn sour cream
2 (3 3/8 oz.) pks instant vanilla pudding 1(12-oz.) bag chocolate chips
6 eggs
1/2 c.oil
1/2 c. water

Directions:

mix all ingredients, add chocolate chips. Grease and flour 4 loaf pans. Fill each pan 1/2 – 2/3 full. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. This is the original recipe. I now use different cake mixes, different puddings and different chip flavors. You can even do gluten free. Makes 4 gifts and freezes well. I usually make enough for friends, family and co-workers, it also ships well.
