Easy Cheesy Chrismas Fudge

Ingredients:
1 pound Velveeta cheese,cut into small cubes. 1 pound butter,cubed 1cup Hersheys cocoa ,4 pounds of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla add nuts if desired. Use the brands suggested.
Directions:
Melt Velveeta and butter in a very large bowl in the microwave. Since cheese is slower to melt than butter, start with the Velveeta and add the butter when the cheese is about halfway melted. Sift cocoa and sugar together,add to melted mixture. Stir well ,no beating needed, just mix. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Form into a block of fudge on a cutting board, cut when firm, Store tightly covered in the refridge. Makes a big 6 pounds for Christmas gifting This recipe can be easily halved or quartered. people are surprised this recipe has cheese in it. Very Very Good !!
