Easy Beer Bread Mix in a Jar

Ingredients:
3 cups of SELF-RISING flour (Do NOT use all purpose!)
3 tbsp of granulated sugar
quart mason jar, lid, and ring.

Directions:
Wash the jar, lid, and ring in hot soapy water. Rinse well. Air dry. Pour the flour and sugar into the jar. It will not completely fill-up the jar. Apply the lid and ring. Attach this tag: BEER BREAD MIX. Add 12 oz of your favorite beer to this mix and whisk until blended. Pour into a greased standard 9″ loaf pan and bake 350* for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
