AB’s Special Salsa

Ingredients:
4 Small Freezer Bags of Grated Zucchini
1/2 jar of Jalepenos and Juice
1 Onion
1 Cup of Vinegar White or Apple Cider
1 Package of Mrs. Wages Salsa Mix Mild or Medium
Directions:
1. Gather all of the Ingredients 2. Wash and Grate Zucchini’s 3. Wash and Chop onion and jalepenos, 4. Place all of the above ingredients into a stainless steel stock pot, 5. Pour one cup of vinegar of your choice in pot 6. Add Mrs. Wages Salsa mix into pot with other ingredients, 7. Mix all of the Ingredients together 8. Bring Mixture to a boil, 9. Reduce Heat and Simmer for 10 Minutes 10. Stirring Occasionally 11. Salsa is ready! 12. You can serve after cooling, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving, ok for to refrigerate for 1 Week. 13. You can freeze it for up to a year after cooling, if you freeze and thaw remember only good for a week after thawing 14. You can can it for up to 1 year following canning instructions for Salsa. Enjoy! This is a different twist on normal tomato salsa! Delicious!!!!
