Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:
3 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp soda
2 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c oil
1 c Milnot
1 – 1 lb can pumpkin
1 c nuts (optional)
Directions:
Stir and sift dry ingredients, including sugar.
Stir together eggs, oil & Milnot, blend in pumpkin. Then add dry ingredients.
Pour mixture into loaf pans, greased and floured on bottom.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
When giving as gifts, I wrap breads in aluminum foil and tie with a red ribbon.
