Ingredients:
2/3 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
4-5 drops Tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in sauce pan. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and butter. Refrigerate when cooled.
Use as a basting sauce for barbecued meat or as a condiment when serving grilled pork, beef, or chicken. My family uses it as a condiment for every kind of meat and for french fries or onion rings.
I usually use this as a gift for a man or a family and add meat with the gift. I usually put it in a glass jar or pretty plastic container with a ribbon on it. It’s something different and I have many requests for it after they try it!
