Apple Pie Fill

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 quarts peeled and sliced apples
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Combine sugar, water and cornstarch. Cook until smooth. Add apples and cinnamon. Cook until tender. Water bath 20 minutes

* We have given pint jars to the nieces and nephews to eat as cinnamon apples.
