Fresh Peach Pie
  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a pan.
  2. Gradually add water and cook until thick and clear.
  3. Stir in peach Jello and yellow food coloring.
  4. Cool.
  5. Add sliced peaches to a baked pie crust.
  6. Pour cooked mixture over the top.
  7. Put in refrigerator to set.
  8. Serve with Cool Whip.
