Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped strawberries
  • 1 medium navel orange peeled, finely chopped
  • 3 medium kiwi peeled, finely chopped
  • 1 16 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. For chips, brush each tortilla with melted butter. Combine 1/3 c. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Using pizza cutter, cut tortillas into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or just until crispy. Use to dip fruit salsa.
