  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Heat oil on the stove until hot. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter through a funnel and fry until golden brown, turning once. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar and serve on generic white paper plates - just like at the fair.
