G’Ma Luck’s Raisin Delight

Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 3-3/4 cups water
- 8 tablespoons butter
- In a separate bowl mix:
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Pour batter into a 9 x 13 baking dish then pour first mixture on top of batter. Bake 40 minutes @ 350° or until batter rises to the top and is thick. Serve in bowls topped with Cool Whip.
