- 4 whole chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 C. dry white wine or water
- 2 C. seasoned stuffing mix crushed
- 1/3 C. butter melted
- Arrange breasts in a shallow greased 2-3 qt. baking dish.
- Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken.
- Spoon soup and wine over each.
- Sprinkle crushed stuffing mix on top and drizzle with butter.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until the thickest part of the chicken is done.
