Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3/8 cup onion chopped
- 1/8 cup Green pepper chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/8 cup real mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cup potatoes cooked and diced (I like to use frozen shredded hashbrowns)
- 1 cup Cooked ham diced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Stir in flour and pepper. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add cheese and mayonnaise; stir until cheese melts. Add potatoes and ham; put into greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
