Hamburger Soup - Stew

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- Onion
- 1-28 ounce can tomatoes
- 2 cans consumé beef soup
- 2 cans water
- 4 carrots sliced
- Parsley dried
- 2 celery ribs
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 3/4 cup barley
Instructions
- Brown hamburger with onion. Drain off fat. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2-2-1/2 hours or in a crock pot on high for 5-6 hours.
