Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onion minced
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach
  • 6 ounces ham diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Microwave cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. Add green onion, milk, garlic salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Remove frozen spinach from wrapper and defrost in the microwave for 5 minutes. Drain spinach thoroughly.
  • Stir the ham and spinach into the cream cheese mixture, and fold in the sour cream and pecans. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring gently every 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers or bread.
