Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Oil a jelly roll pan.
  3. Place chicken breasts on oiled pan.
  4. Scatter potatoes and garlic cloves around chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with maple syrup.
  6. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
