Mexican Dip
Course Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 can Mexican corn drained
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese grated
- 4 oz. pepper jack cheese shredded
Instructions
- Mix all together and place in a greased oven safe dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Serve with crackers.
