Quick and Easy Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine melted
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can cherries with juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 5 ingredients and spread in ungreased 9x9-inch pan. Pour can of cherries over top, juice and all. Bake for 30 minutes.

Variations:
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 scan cup sugar
Place in large microwave-safe bowl and stir together. Cover and micro boil until rhubarb is tender. Use in place of cherries. 3 cups blueberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Sprinkle sugar on blueberries and stir in water. Boil and use in place of cherries. 1-1/2 cups fresh cherries
1-1/2 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
red food coloring
Sprinkle sugar on cherries and then stir in water. Boil and pour on top of batter. 3 cups fresh sliced peaches

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
Stir sugar and cornstarch together; stir into peaches. Stir in water and bring to boil. Pour over batter. 4 cups sliced apples
