Special Hamburgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 T. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 T. Ketchup
- 1 T. horseradish
- 1 t. or less Salt
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
Instructions
- Combine beef with seasonings and mix well.
- Form into 4 or 5 patties.
- Broil or bake, on rack to drain any grease, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve on buns.
