Spinach Pasta Toss
Ingredients
- 1 (14-1/2 oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes undrained
- 2 C. multi-grain penne pasta uncooked
- 1 C. Water
- 1 sm. pkg. baby spinach leaves
- 1 C. chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1 C. Italian three-cheese blend shredded
Instructions
- Bring tomatoes, pasta and water to boil in large saucepan; stir.
- Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and simmer 1 minute or just until pasta is tender.
- Serve topped with cheese.
