Sweet Heat Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce can diced tomatoes do not drain
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- Pickled jalapenos to taste
- 2 tablespoons frozen pineapple juice concentrate
Instructions
- Place tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt and parsley in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add jalapenos and blend. Taste to make sure it has enough heat.
- Add the juice concentrate and blend. Taste to make sure it’s sweet enough.
- Pour into bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
