Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a food processor or blender, mix first 6 ingredients until coarsely mixed.
  3. Lightly mix in ketchup and oil.
  4. Carve out buns to hold more filling.
  5. Fill buns with mixture and wrap in wax paper, twisting at the ends.
  6. Place in oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
