While chocolate has been around for thousands of years, there is a renewed interest in high-quality, handmade chocolates. Local shops are popping up across the state, and chocolate makes a wonderful
gift for those hard-to-buy-for loved ones or as a house-warming gift.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, together.
  3. Spread in one greased 9x13-inch baking pan and sprinkle chips on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Editor’s note: We made the cake in four miniature loaf pans.
