Meal 3: Bow Tie Chicken Pasta
- 1/2 box bow tie pasta
- 3 chicken thighs, diced ( Use chicken from the Prep: Chicken, three Ways recipe)
- 8 grape tomatoes halved
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 2 green onions white parts only and sliced thin
- 6 tablespoons Italian dressing
- Cook pasta using the box directions, drain and set aside.
- Mix all ingredients together and divide into three servings.
