  • 1/2 box bow tie pasta
  • 3 chicken thighs, diced ( Use chicken from the Prep: Chicken, three Ways recipe)
  • 8 grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 2 green onions white parts only and sliced thin
  • 6 tablespoons Italian dressing


  • Cook pasta using the box directions, drain and set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients together and divide into three servings.
