Sausage Pizza Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage browned
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms diced
- 1 small zucchini chopped
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 15-ounce can can Italian tomatoes
- 5 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 4-6 drops hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, saute sausage, onion, garlic and green pepper until onions are translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Serve.
