Tomato Fresh Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients
- fresh tomatoes sliced
- fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- 3-4 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. fresh basil
- 1/2 T. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3 cloves fresh garlic finely minced
- fresh basil leaves cut in strips
Instructions
- Arrange tomato and cheese slices on plate. Mix olive oil, vinegar, 1 T. basil, oregano, salt and garlic together and blend well. Drizzle over tomato and cheese slices. Top with strips of fresh basil and serve.
