Pork Chops with Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 4 oz. boneless pork loin chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 1 c. fat free milk
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T. grated onion
- 3 tsp. gratedfresh minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chops in butter over medium heat until meat juices run clear; remove and keep warm. Combine flour and milk until smooth; stir into pan juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with chops.
