Almond Bark Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. white chocolate chips
- 1 C. peanut butter
- 3 C. mini marshmallows
- 3 C. salted peanuts
- 3 C. rice cereal
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler; add peanut butter.
- In a large bowl, mix other ingredients together.
- Then pour chocolate mixture over dry ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Spoon mounds onto waxed paper.
- Let set for 1-2 hours.
