Balsamic-Glazed Brussel Sprouts with Crispy Bacon
  1. Cook bacon until brown and crispy; crumble and set aside.
  2. Reserve 1/4 c. bacon drippings in pan.
  3. Add garlic; cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
  4. Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, stirring to combine. Add Brussel sprouts, stirring to coat; cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover; increase heat to medium-high and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
