BLT Roll-Ups (Volume 4)
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cl Mayonnaise
- 8-10 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 - 8-inch flour tortillas
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. shredded romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Add crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes.
- Spread mixture on tortillas and top with lettuce.
- Roll up tightly and refrigerate for an hour.
- Slice into 1/2-inch slices.
