Cheese Ball
Yields: 3-pound ball
Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce block sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 4-ounce package blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients except parsley and pecans.
- Combine parsley and pecans and blend half of them into cheese mixture. Spread the remaining parsley mixture on sheet of waxed paper.
- Form cheese into ball and roll it in parsley mixture until well coated. Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
