Cheese Ball

Yields: 3-pound ball

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce block sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 4-ounce package blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients except parsley and pecans.
  • Combine parsley and pecans and blend half of them into cheese mixture. Spread the remaining parsley mixture on sheet of waxed paper.
  • Form cheese into ball and roll it in parsley mixture until well coated. Chill.
  • Serve with crackers.
