Dill Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 t. Lemon juice
  • 4 t. sliced green onion
  • 2 t. sugar
  • 1 t. dill weed
  • 1/2 t. curry powder
  • 1/2 t. Salt optional
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen peas thawed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
  • Add peas; toss.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
