Servings 32 miniature sandwiches

Ingredients

• 2 c. ground ham
• 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
• 1/3 c. sour cream
• 2 T. sweet pickle relish
• 1/4 t. Hot pepper sauce or to taste
• 1-2 t. brown or horseradish mustard
• pepper to taste
• 1 loaf party rye bread

Garnish

• Thinly sliced pickles
• Sliced olives

Instructions

• Mix all ingredients together, adjusting consistency with mayonnaise or pickle juice.
• Serve on party rye. Garnish. Makes 32 miniature sandwiches.
