Old South Pimiento Cheese
  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toast pecans for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through toasting.
  3. Grate extra sharp cheddar on small side of cheese grater and place in mixing bowl.
  4. Grate sharp cheddar on large side of cheese grater and add to bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, pimiento, Worcestershire sauce, onion and red pepper. Mix well.
  6. Add pecans.
  7. Serve on bread of your choice.
