Hamburger Soup - Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • Onion
  • 1-28 ounce can tomatoes
  • 2 cans consumé beef soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 4 carrots sliced
  • Parsley dried
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 3/4 cup barley

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger with onion. Drain off fat. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2-2-1/2 hours or in a crock pot on high for 5-6 hours.
