Mini Garlic Monkey Breads
Servings 12
Ingredients
- 2- 7.5 oz. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 6 T. butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 T. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese plus 2 T. to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley and 1/4 c. cheese.
- Pour over biscuit pieces and toss gently to coat evenly.
- In a greased 12-cup muffin pan, place 6-7 pieces in each cup.
- Sprinkle remaining 2 T. cheese over top.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 12.
