My Favorite Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 Cups egg noodles
- 4 Tablespoons Green onions diced
- 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1/4 Teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Dash pepper
- Dash Hot pepper sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Saute onion in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients with the noodles and place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
