Gumdrop Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup shortening
- 1 Cup Brown sugar
- 1 Cup White sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups oatmeal
- 1 Cup coconut
- 1 Cup gumdrops cut in pieces
Instructions
- Cream sugars, shortening and eggs together. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Add oatmeal, coconut and gumdrops. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
