No Bake Snowball Cookies
Servings 2 dozen
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 1 – 8 oz. can crushed pineapple well drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 c. flaked coconut
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and pineapple.
- Fold in pecans.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in coconut and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes 2 dozen.
