Orange Glazed Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons orange rind grated
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2-1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except pecans) in iron skillet and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 4 minutes stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add pecans, stirring to coat well with mixture.
- Return to heat and cook 1 minute.
- Pour onto waxed paper and let cool.
- Separate into pieces.
