Peanut Butter Sundae Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 T. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1-3/4 c. hot tap water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In 9" pan, ungreased, sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix with a fork. Stir in peanut butter.
- Spread evenly. Sprinkle with 3/4 c. brown sugar.
- Pour hot water over batter. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
